My wife and I thank you for checking in with us. We’re sorry to hear that your summer has been rather overheated and crowded. Tourists - and too many wretched people in general - make me shudder.

For ourselves, our family regularly enjoys some personal time away on Holy Island once the children return home for their summer hols; but it always feels too short-lived. We try to pick a time early on in the season so as to avoid the crowds, though we, of course, have other methods for well concealing ourselves if we so wish. It’s the only way to enjoy our vacation and time together in peace. Well, as much ‘peace’ as five women will permit me.
